Returns & Refunds
Please note, we only accept returns that are unopened and unused within 14 days of the receipt date.
If a purchased product is not as you desired please email us within 7 days.
Send an email to yesplease@selfstudies.com and we will provide instructions on how to start your return.
Self Studies must pre-authorize all returns; any non-authorized returns will be refused. We can not accept products that are specified as non-returnable in its product description in the shop, unless they are defective.
Return of Pleasure Objects
We can not accept the return when a product is not used but is unsealed.
Due to the intimate nature of our pleasure objects we have to be extra strict on this category.
Return of a Damaged Item
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, email us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please send an email to yesplease@selfstudies.com to alert us of the damage. Attaching a photo is always helpful and much appreciated.
Return on a Gift Card
If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.
Return on a Malfunctioning Pleasure Object
If an opened pleasure object is malfunctioning it can only be returned under manufacturer's warranty policies.
Return of Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be refunded if the delay / fault was by Self Studies wrongdoing.
