Due to strict country laws Self Studies can’t ship to:

Shipping options
Shipping costs for all orders 85€ and over are free via Post NL throughout the Netherlands. For all orders under 85€ shipping throughout the Netherlands, a flat-rate shipping fee of €5,80 will be applied. For quick deliveries and international shipments, costs may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination.

How long before my order ships?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has been shipped. 
The expected standard shipment time in the Netherlands is 2 to 4 business days. Shipments in Europe have an expected standard time of 5 to 7 working days. Worldwide shipment has an expected standard time of 14 to 21 working days.
If you haven’t received your order within the given days please contact us at yesplease@selfstudies.com with your name and order number and we will be happy to help locate your package.

Do you offer discreet packaging?
This is your own choice. At the check-out, choose between our plain brown box, sealed with a non-branded tape or our plain brown box sealed with our signature Self Studies tape and sticker. When choosing the option Gift Wrapped the same packaging options are given. All billing transactions will be labelled as SS Company.

Who pays for customs and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These costs are not included in our shipping rates.
Self Studies is not responsible for your country’s duties and tariffs, brokerage fees or any delays due to custom’s issues. Self Studies is not responsible for delays due to customs and import laws. If you fail to pay the duties and taxes or fail to do so by your country’s set deadline, your order will be abandoned, and you will not receive any refund from Self Studies.

Can I cancel or change my order or shipping address

An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been confirmed. If there is something wrong in your order, please e-mail yesplease@selfstudies.com as soon as possible and we will find a solution together.

 

Where is my order

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from Self Studies which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within the advised days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at yesplease@selfstudies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
